• Account Data: Optional email address and encrypted purchase history needed to unlock premium features through Google Play Billing.
• Usage Metrics: Anonymous analytics describing app performance, feature usage, and device type (model, OS version, locale).
• Location Queries: City, ZIP, or coordinate searches you submit for weather or earthquake data. We do not store precise device GPS data.
• Diagnostic Logs: Ephemeral logs recorded when errors occur to help us resolve issues. These logs auto-delete within 30 days.

3. How We Use Information

• Deliver real-time data feeds, AI-generated insights, and notifications.
• Maintain product security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve feature accuracy, train anomaly detection, and enhance user experience.
• Provide customer support and communicate critical service updates.

4. Data Storage and Security

We host application infrastructure on Vercel and store operational data in Azure Cosmos DB, leveraging its globally distributed architecture and encryption at rest. We apply rate limiting, authentication, and role-based access controls to protect your information.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

• Vendors: We share limited data with trusted partners (Google, Microsoft, NOAA, USGS, OpenWeather) strictly to deliver core features.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our users, platform, or the public.
• No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Financial transaction records required by law may be kept up to seven years. You may request deletion by contacting us at any time.
