It does not claim certainty, prediction, or synthetic authority. When a public feed is late or unavailable, the interface says so.

How we read the sky.

The homepage keeps to four observed channels and points to the public sources behind each one. When the source does not answer, the surface goes quiet.

Kp

Planetary K-index is read from NOAA SWPC and shown with the latest available timestamp.

Solar wind

Speed comes from the NOAA plasma feed so the first screen shows measured flow rather than a canned figure.

X-ray class

GOES X-ray samples are filtered to the primary 0.1–0.8 nm channel before the latest class is derived.

Earthquakes

USGS events stay in the same room so terrestrial motion can be read alongside solar and geomagnetic conditions.
